Mix + Match January 28th, 2024
Get ready to shoot and score because the Mix+Match Special Event is making a triumphant return! It’s the ultimate kickoff to the 2024 Netball season, bringing together players from all levels and clubs. Let the friendly competition begin as we mingle, match, and make memories on the court!
When: Sunday, January 28th from 9 am – 12 pm
Where: Burnaby Mountain Secondary
Cost: $20 per player
Who: Mixed event 18+. All genders and all levels of netball are welcome – so bring a friend!
Why: Show up, mix it up, meet new people and just have some good NETBALL FUN!
What you need to know:

Clubs can secure their member’s spots by pre-registering players. Please fill in the attached form with players’ information, including their fav positions and if they are willing to umpire, to BC Netball by Sunday 21/01.

All players registering must be a member of BC Netball

Payments will be made once it is confirmed we have enough players to fill teams by Tuesday, 23/01. These should be sent to bcnetball.payments@gmail.com. Please wait for confirmation.

All players will be randomly assigned a team to compete with throughout the day. Players will be encouraged to play any and all positions in this social event.

Team assignment will occur from 8:45 am, and the first games start at 9:00 am.

Bring your own food and snacks (vending machines are not always full)

Games will be played according to the World Netball Rules Book.
